Contact us by phone, email or with the Contact form .

Based on our chat, we will prepare and send your an email with a quote for your initial payment.
Once you have your quote, choose Enrol Now from the Enrolment menu.
Fill in the details in each section, then either click Next or save your enrolment for later.

The adult who has the major responsibility for the supervision of the student with their homeschooling is “Parent/Guardian #1”.

"Parent/Guardian 2" refers only to a parent or guardian living in the same household. Separated partners, even if paying fees, are not included here but details may be included in the Comments section.

If the responsibility is shared between two adults, both adults must do the Parent Training, although only one A.C.E. Parent Training Kit needs to be purchased.

Student Details

Student Details

We do not require birth certificates. We may require school reports in some cases. This is explained on the form. Put simply, we do not require reports unless you child is being enrolled into Year 8 or above. If you have been homeschooling and have no report, we may require evidence that your child has completed a certain level in their studies. Contact us if you are not sure.

If applicable, post or scan and email your child's report(s) or any other relevant documentation.

This is the amount given to you on your quote, according to the breakdown of costs shown.

Payment may be made by credit card or EFT.

Australian families**: We cannot enrol your family until the initial payment has been made.

Overseas families**: We cannot enrol your family until the initial payment has been made. Once enrolled, then initial Freight costs will be emailed to you.

** "Australian families" are those residing in Australia or Australian families residing overseas who derive an income from Australian sources. We will review each enrolment on a case by case basis.

"Overseas families" are those who reside overseas and whose citizenship is of the country in which they reside.

You can pay via credit card by choosing Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to do this.

As soon as we process your enrolment, we will contact you by email with a Welcome Letter.

The Welcome Letter has a lot of useful information, so please read it carefully. It will include your Family Code (Customer Code) and login details for Member Access to our website. You will need Member Access to do our video training programme.

We will also post your Parent Training workbooks and Diagnostic Tests, as applicable. If these have not arrived within a week of your enrolment, let us know.

We love to spend time communicating with families, and will chat with you for as long as you need; however, we usually wait until you contact us. Our usual method of communication is via our newsletters and by email. If you would like a phone call, the best way is to email us and suggest a suitable time for us to call you.
